Return policy

All products are made to order upon request. Therefore, we do NOT offer refunds for buyer's remorse. PRODUCTS MUST BE DEFECTIVE OR SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WAS ADVERTISED TO QUALIFY FOR A REFUND.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at betanhomartins.store@gmail.com or through the "Contact" page of our Shopify website. These can also be used to submit return questions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Contact us at betanhomartins.store@gmail.com or through the "Contact" page of our Shopify website to request an exchange. Your request may be accepted or refused at out discretion. Exchanges in which the total order value is many times higher than the shipping costs are more likely (but NOT guaranteed) to be accepted.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, the European Union determines we must inform you that "if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.". As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Nevertheless, it also states that "The 14-day cooling off period does not apply to all purchases. Some of the exemptions are: [...] goods made to order or clearly personalised – such as a tailor-made suit [...]". We believe the fact all our products are made to order upon request (printed-on-demand) exempts us from the European Union 14 day cooling off period. Be that as it may, bear in mind you may have the right to it depending on interpretation. We recommend consulting with your lawyer and getting in touch with us if you intend to make use of the European Union 14 day cooling off period.

 

Return shipping
Save when the item is defective or significantly different from what was advertised, return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer, including all of its costs.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Local Laws

If your local law contradicts our policies, our policies should be enforced to the maximum extent allowed by law; with no prejudice to parts that do not contradict the law.
